The Mountain Bikers eMTB
Living in uncharted territory, the Relay is a lightweight, long travel, modular mountain bike.

We have always wanted a bike that could provide both an electric and non-electric experience in one chassis. The Relay is light, efficient, and quiet. This provides a more intuitive and natural feel on trail than many would expect from an eMTB. The Relay is here and ready to meet all of your mountain biking needs. Going for a rip with friends on eMTB's? Power it up and head out. Going for a rip with some friends on mountain bikes? Simply remove the battery and hit the trail with no tools required. The Relay does it all.

Two Bikes In One
Full of modularity, the Relay can be ridden with the battery installed and powered, or removed, which transforms it into a regular mountain bike. Its versatility allows you to take it on a road trip where your plans include riding in areas that are legal for eMTB's, and also areas that do not allow eMTB's. The tool free battery door allows you to remove and reinstall the battery in a matter of seconds.

LIGHTWEIGHT AND PURPOSE BUILT
Starting at 42.5lb/19.27 kg with the battery and 37.5lb/17.01kg without the battery, every Relay is purpose built with components to be ridden hard.

RELAY VS RELAY PNW
The Relay and Relay PNW share the same frame. The lower shock flip chip adjusts the geometry to compensate for a 27.5" or 29" rear wheel. Both Relay and Relay PNW have the ability to be run at 160 or 170mm travel front and rear, dual 29 or mixed wheel. Riders can choose the Relay with dual 29 and 160mm travel for a more lightweight, trail bike feel, or chase their burly trail dreams with the heavy hitting Relay PNW with 170mm travel and mixed wheels. The Relay is purpose built to be ridden hard and comes equipped with a component spec for doing so. Making both the Relay and Relay PNW two of the lighter, heavy hitting eMTBs on the market.

FAZUA RIDE 60 MOTOR
The lightweight 60Nm Fazua Ride60 drive unit weighs 4.3lb/1.96kg. The minimal drag and power to weight ratio provide the magic when not riding with power. As you begin to ride beyond the speed cutoff you're not penalized when continuing to push beyond the assistance like that of traditional eMTBs. The 430Wh battery, 60Nm torque, 250 watts continuous power, 450 watts peak power, and overall bike weight work harmoniously together. This all equates to an experience that exceeds what you might expect from its numbers.

Rideable Without The Battery
With modularity in mind, riders can choose if they want a powered or non-powered experience for their ride.

Tool Free Removable Battery
Quickly remove the battery without the use of any tools.

Flip Chip On the Lower Shock Mount
The flip chip adjust the geometry according to what rear wheel size is installed, 29 or 27.5.

Tire Clearance
Up to 2.6"

Gear Accessory Mount
All Relay frames come equipped with a gear accessory mount on the underside of the top tube.

Chainring Bashguard
Designed in-house, the forged spider bashguard keeps the chain, chainring and frame safe from impacts.
Cable Routing
Fully internal cable routing is a breeze with easy access through the battery door, while ports in the headtube keep it quick and easy to work on the headset.

Long Dropper Insertion
With an uninterrupted seat tube, you are free to drop your post all the way to the collar, allowing for long droppers on every size.

UDH
The Relay utilizes SRAM's universal derailleur hanger.

Coil and Air Compatible
With 26% progression, the rear suspension is fully compatible with both air and coil shocks without worrying about harsh bottom out.

Water Bottle Compatible
XS and SM fit a 450ml Fidlock bottle, MD-XXL fit normal size bottles.

Speed Balanced Geometry
SBG ensures the bike maintains low speed agility, front wheel traction, and proper rider weight balance while actually increasing confidence in steep terrain and at high speeds. With SBG, a slacker head tube angle is combined with a all new reduced offset fork standard, preventing the front wheel from being too far in front of the rider. This improves front to rear weight distribution on the bike, which is often out of balance on long and slack bikes. One of SBG's greatest benefits is that it creates a confident steering feel that adapts to wheel speed. More stability when going fast, more agility on technical slow speed maneuvering as well as improved traction, control and confidence for any skill level of rider.

GIDDYUP SUSPENSION DESIGN

We want to make it as easy as possible to experience great rear suspension performance. The GiddyUp suspension system is designed to behave intuitively across a broad range of setup. Because, we get it, sometimes you just want to grab your bike and GiddyUp, without checking your setup. When you do, it will always feel good.

The GiddyUp suspension layout provides 160mm of travel from a 205 x 60mm shock, or 170mm of travel from a 205 x 65mm shock, and is tuned to work correctly with both air and coil. Riders are able to add or remove volume spacers in the rear air shock to suit their individual riding style and there is plenty of bottom out control with air or coil shocks when things get rowdy.

With nearly 26% progression and an E-bike specific version of our GiddyUp suspension kinematic, the Relay has an excellent balance of support and small bump sensitivity. The Relay suspension is tuned for maximum traction that enhances both descending and climbing experiences, while delivering a bottomless ride feel.

A suggested sag range of 28 - 34% allows the rider to tune the feel of the bike; from a firm and snappy jump and slash mode, to a more supple and active full on party mode. Wherever you end up, you can focus on the trail without remotes, levers or knobs. Just grab your bike and GiddyUp.
