Premium rim protection EVO Trail / Enduro / DH, the evolution of our CLASSIC version for tubeless wheels. The development of the new GEN3L material was carried out with the clear aim of further increasing the level of rim protection and extending the life of the liner, all without negatively affecting its weight, which is always our priority. The new material has an enormous shock absorption capacity, and thanks to multiple internal laminations, its structural resistance to deformation and expansion is improved by 200%.

The new PANZER EVO SHAPE reduces the volume of the insert by 20%, yet there is more material in the areas with the highest degree of stress, so the insert adapts even better to different tire widths without negatively affecting its easy installation, which PANZER is famous for. The usable air volume in the tire has also been significantly increased, providing the necessary freedom for the grip / traction of the tire itself.

All this made it possible to create an additional 15% lighter protection with a torsionally stiffer lateral structure, with an improved shape improving the degree of protection and the distribution of sealant around the insert.

The PANZER EVO insert is the choice of riders Iago Garay (Santa Cruz / SRAM) and Sergio Layos (Red Bull EVIL).

RECOMMENDED AMOUNT OF SEALANT:

The recommended amount of tubeless sealant according to the discipline for PANZER EVO 29 inserts is 100ml.

Add an additional 15% of tubeless sealant to this recommended amount when first installing the PANZER liner.

WARNING:

IF YOU NEED TO REFILL THE SEALANT, DO NOT MIX IT WITH SEALANTS OF OTHER BRANDS. MIXING SEALANT WITH OTHER SEALANTS WILL START A CHEMICAL REACTION WHICH WILL LOSE ITS PROPERTIES. DO NOT MIX WITH LATEX AND WATER-BASED SEALANTS.

IF YOU HAVE USED ANOTHER BRAND OF SEALANTS BEFORE USING THIS SEALANT, WASH THE SHELL WITH WATER AND DRY IT.
