RECOMMENDED AMOUNT OF SEALANT:

The recommended amount of tubeless sealant according to the discipline for PANZER EVO 29 inserts is 100ml.

Add an additional 15% of tubeless sealant to this recommended amount when first installing the PANZER liner.

IF YOU NEED TO REFILL THE SEALANT, DO NOT MIX IT WITH SEALANTS OF OTHER BRANDS. MIXING SEALANT WITH OTHER SEALANTS WILL START A CHEMICAL REACTION WHICH WILL LOSE ITS PROPERTIES. DO NOT MIX WITH LATEX AND WATER-BASED SEALANTS.

IF YOU HAVE USED ANOTHER BRAND OF SEALANTS BEFORE USING THIS SEALANT, WASH THE SHELL WITH WATER AND DRY IT.

When developing PANZER sealant, we set ourselves the main goals that a quality tubeless sealant must meet. Therefore, the sealant is based on the latest generation of polymers, which ensure excellent wetting with high adhesion to ensure excellent sealing properties. This composition makes the sealant very fluid and penetrating to all places, it is extremely quickly distributed inside the tire throughout its volume and shortens the much-needed time to reach the area of the tire affected by the puncture, even with a protective insert inside, which is not a given with conventional sealants.
Its adhesive properties are similar to contact adhesive, which in a closed tube remains liquid for a long time and ready to seal a puncture.

Its composition does not contain Ammonia or Latex, and is Ph neutral, which prevents chemical reactions damaging the materials of tires, rims and protective inserts of tubeless wheels.

DEVELOPED AND TESTED BY WORLD CUP RIDER
In 2022, we entered a new phase of development and testing, and we are developing our products in collaboration with the Pivot Factory Racing team in the DH/Enduro World Cup and also the Buff-Megamo International MTB team in the XC/XCM World Cup. It allowed us to fully understand the needs of racers and their machines in the most demanding conditions of world racing of all disciplines.

For our product itself, this means an immediate transfer of all the experience gained into new versions of the product, which we will provide both for the racing field, but what is even more important for the end user, you are getting the same product that is currently being ridden and tested by the best World Cup racers.

The experience with Panzer sealant for both teams was extremely positive, first and foremost of course is the excellent ability to immediately repair defects, the reduction in the formation of small particles and hedgehogs caused by friction between tires and protective inserts with sealants is essential, and the durability and stability of the sealant over time in high temperatures during warm days is significant.
