The Transfer Neo seatpost is fully supported by the Ride FOX Bike app.
Riders have quick access to an overview of Transfer Neo components, can download firmware updates and activate useful features such as Bike Park Mode, Transport Mode and track service intervals.
- Bike Park Mode temporarily deactivates the lever, preventing accidental seatpost extension when riding primarily on downhill trails.
Park bike riders no longer have to flip their wireless lever to the top of their handlebars to prevent accidental triggering.
This mode can be quickly deactivated by quickly pressing the lever four times or via the app.
- Transport mode is designed to save battery power in Transfer Neo mode while transporting the bike (e.g. long car rides).
When this mode is active, the Transfer Neo will automatically power off with the “Shake to Wake” feature disabled. To deactivate Transport mode, lower the rear of the bike from a few feet off the ground (let it bounce) or simply remove and reinsert the battery.
