In our opinion, this topic receives too little attention in the cycling industry. Whether it's the Q-factor of children's bikes or the oversized pedal surface for children's feet!

When developing the Youngstar pedal, both the Q-factor and the support surface of the shoe on the pedal body were taken into account. The extremely short pedal axle allows for a significantly lower Q-factor, which stops the feet from being pushed into an "X-position" at the front.

This makes it much easier for children and leads to more circular rotations. The smaller pedal surface area for children's feet reduces pedal rollover. Imagine having to stand on a pedal the size of an A4 sheet of paper! You would definitely tip backwards or forwards because you would never be able to stand in the middle of such a pedal! Youngstar is much smaller, making it much easier to find your balance.
Weighing only 229 g, this aluminum pair of pedals with a CrMo axle is sturdy and durable, but lighter than most pedals.
