Safety lock – automatic activation

The tracker is activated by movement and from that moment on it monitors every movement of your e-bike. If the tracker is locked in the app, you will immediately receive a notification on your phone in case of unauthorized access. The lock is activated 1 minute after switching on in the app to prevent false alarms shortly after locking the bike.

E-bike location tracking

Thanks to the SpeedBox Tracker, you always have an overview of the current location of your e-bike. You can track its every movement directly in the app on your phone.

Regular collection of location data

When the Tracker is moving and has a good signal (mobile data), it stores location data approximately every 3 seconds and sends it to the server every 30 seconds, ensuring highly accurate tracking. The Tracker uses IoT networks covering Europe (currently excluding Poland, Sweden and Bulgaria).

Advanced power and status information batteries

SpeedBoxTracker is powered by the electric bike battery and also has an integrated backup battery that ensures its continuous operation even when the electric bike is turned off. The application will alert you of low battery status via a notification on your mobile phone. If the bike is not moving, the Tracker will automatically go into sleep mode with minimal power consumption.

Mode of transport

This mode is intended for transporting your e-bike. When activated, your ride is not recorded in the route history.

Daily status check

The tracker sends information about its location and battery status to the server every day (if conditions allow).

Price list and services

By purchasing SpeedBox Tracker you will receive an annual subscription to the services . This period begins the moment the device is first connected to the server. Before the end of the subscription period you will receive an email with instructions on how to renew your subscription. The annual subscription costs €25.00 including VAT.

The SpeedBox Tracker app is designed specifically for SpeedBox Tracker devices for Bosch. It uses Bluetooth technology to connect your e-bike to your mobile phone. Once paired, you can see current ride data, bike location, battery status and much more in the app.

Installation

Before installing the SpeedBox Tracker, make sure you have enough space in the frame or near the engine to place it so that it does not obstruct the closing of the engine cover or access to the control unit.
