Note: Each new motor must be configured according to the motor passing diagnostics (see price list ), therefore it is necessary to physically bring the complete eBike to the service ). The old motor is handed over for replacement!

In case it is not possible to deliver the eBike, or the motor is completely inoperative / disassembled / etc., it is possible to request manual configuration after filling out a questionnaire. The old motor is NOT handed over for exchange. In such a case, the discount does not apply to the motor , the catalog price is paid.
