Assembly

To connect the SpeedBox chip to the e-bike, we use connectors equipped with a key for correct connection, so installing the chip is really easy. We have written detailed instructions, thanks to which each customer can handle the installation of SpeedBox by himself. Dismantling the tuning chip is as easy as mounting it. If you have any problem with connection, do not hesitate to contact us.

In case you are going to install SpeedBox on full moon bike, it is necessary to drive at least 1 km on it before starting the chip for the first time.

Before visiting the service center, it is necessary to physically remove the Chip from the drive! The Chip manufacturer does not recommend updating the drive. If using a mobile application (e.g. Ebike flow), turn off automatic updates. If it is not necessary, please always consider updating the drive. Each update contains improved anti-tuning software that can detect and disable the Chip or temporarily block the drive (Emergency mode / Limbo mode). In this case, we recommend removing the Chip and checking the functionality of the drive.
