With massive 38mm stanchions and an even more robust crown and upper section, it's the latest evolution of our Flash platform and the most robust single-crown fork we've ever made. Designed for the wildest terrain, biggest jumps and hardest impacts, it brings a new level of stiffness, precision and control to the USD world - without losing the signature suppleness that Intend forks are known for.

Built for freeride, downhill and high-impact e-bikes, the Flash 38 laughs in the face of uncertain trails and bike park abuse. Optizimed Damping and a Travel Ranger air spring deliver a natural and predictable feel – with two optional progressive caps for riders who just can’t stop pushing the boundaries.

The 38mm uprights shine in their original hard-anodized finish, topped with black, CNC-machined bottom covers – a color combination that was highly requested by the community.

Maintenance remains simple – no special tools, no hassle. Two additional volume caps are included in the package, allowing you to adjust the progression to your preference. The Flash 38 has a stroke of 160 to 190 mm.

Unique The design of the lug and axle allows the use of a 15 or 20 mm hub, just replace the axle.
