Goods marked IN STOCK

- is available immediately

- if the bike is in a box (unassembled), it can be picked up in person or sent by courier immediately

- assembling the bike from the box usually takes 1-2 business days.

Goods marked ON REQUEST / QUESTION / ORDER

- we will check the current delivery times with the manufacturer, usually:

• EU Central Warehouse - 3-10 business days
• In production - 1-3 months

Payment

Payment by bank transfer or cash (max. €5,000.00)

If the bicycle is immediately available from us or the manufacturer, the full amount for the bicycle is paid in advance.
If the bike is not available and is being ordered for production, a 20%-50% deposit of the total amount for the bike is paid in advance.

All bicycles and e-bikes can also be purchased for a company (VAT deduction is possible) for corporate purposes.

Purchase is also possible for companies from the EU (outside Slovakia) that are VAT payers in their country. We issue an invoice to foreign companies without VAT, with the transfer of tax liability.

Delivery / Personal collection / Transport

The price of the bicycle includes assembly/assembly from the box (possibly changing some components according to the customer's wishes), and individual adjustment of the bicycle.

The assembled bike can be picked up in person in ŽILINA , or on selected weekends at BIKEPARK KÁLNICA during the season.

Individual transport of a folded bicycle within the Slovak Republic is possible by agreement and is charged.

Delivery of a bicycle in a box (disassembled) is free within the Slovak Republic.
