Warning:

The BOSCH eBike System has several generations of drives that are not compatible with each other and cannot be combined. This applies to motors, batteries, controllers, and displays. 

Ensure correct battery orientation (horizontal/vertical).

Batteries with different capacities have different lengths, and it is not always possible to fit a battery with a larger capacity into your frame (check with the bicycle manufacturer).

If you cannot identify the generation of your bike or need advice, please contact us (just send us a photo of the display, controller, or battery label).

We do not refurbish batteries and do not recommend purchasing refurbished batteries!
The use of refurbished or non-original batteries poses a serious safety risk, including the possibility of fire.

Original batteries from official manufacturers undergo rigorous safety tests, such as:

• a drop from a height of 1 meter onto a concrete surface,

• 30-minute resistance to water spray from a pressure gun,

• protection against short circuits, overvoltage, and overheating.
