TUNE products are manufactured to order at the German engineering center Black Forest (Germany). Production time 1-2 weeks. The Buyer pays for the order with TUNE products in advance.

The Standard class uses classic encapsulated bearings with steel balls and nylon seals. The best price-performance ratio with good resistance to common weather conditions. The Standard class nut uses a proven 3-point titanium latch system with a lightweight body.

The Endurance class uses more durable encapsulated bearings with steel balls and double seals. Suitable for riding in all seasons, in extreme weather conditions such as mud, rain, snow, frost. They are also built for frequent washing of the bike with a high-pressure cleaner. The Endurance class nut uses a proven system of 3 titanium pawls with a more robust body declaring a 20% increase in nut stiffness. Suitable for gravity-oriented riders or riders of higher weight.

The Ceramic/Skyline class uses hybrid encapsulated bearings with ceramic balls with a precision of 0.25 microns. The Skyline class nut uses a 3/6 titanium ratchet system combined with a carbon ratchet ring and a lightweight body. Exclusively for professional racers, road cyclists, triathletes, grammers and power meters.
